Numerous users and websites take part in the development of HT-France. And we are no exception.

We developed a system in order to welcome, guide and help the newcomers as well as those managers facing difficult times. The french-speaking counselling program is designed upon the concept of a pedagogical pairing, a partnership between a tutor and his apprentice.

The tutor is here to help in the first stages, to give advice on what it is recommended to do and not to do (for variable durations, depending on the pairing). Avoiding bad starts to hattrick is the whole point of such a system, and it helps prevent new users from quitting too quickly, before they can really discover the depths of this fascinating game. The apprentice has to show motivation, desire to learn and goodwill, of course. This interaction between master and pupil is the base of the pedagogical organization of HT-Tuteur.
